Can't sign in?
Email support@leagueleverage.com from the address your account uses and ask us to delete it. We will delete it within 30 days, and usually within a few days.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in and email address.
- The teams you hold. They open up so someone else in the league can take them.
- Your NFL pick'em picks and entries, and your place in any pick'em group. A group you run passes to its longest-standing member.
- Your Venmo, Cash App and PayPal names, if you added any.
- Your trade alerts and this phone's registration for them.
- The trades you worked out in the trade calculator while signed in, and the managers you blocked.
- Invites sent to your email address, and pending invites you sent to others.
- On your phone: your ESPN sign-in, if you used it in the app.
What changes but stays
- Trade offers that were open are cancelled, and so is any three-team trade you were part of. Finished offers stay in the league's record without your name attached.
- Comments you wrote are emptied. The thread keeps its shape.
- Seasons you brought in from ESPN, Yahoo, CBS, Sleeper, MyFantasyLeague, Fleaflicker or Fantrax are deleted. We remove the league’s name, team names, manager names and logos, and keep the scores and settings without them, under a random code, only for our own use. It is never shown in the app. Links you made between a league’s eras go too. More in the privacy policy.
- League stats and history stay. They come from ESPN and belong to the league, not to your account.
- If you are a league's commissioner, the seat passes to a co-commissioner, or else to whoever has held a team longest.
- A team logo you made in the app stays with the team. Remove it first if you want it gone (on your team’s page, tap the logo, then “Go back to the ESPN logo”).
- Reports you made stay, without your name, so the review can finish.
- If you ever asked us to stop emailing you, that request is kept so you are not emailed again.
Our hosting providers' short-lived technical logs age out on their own within a few days. More in the privacy policy.
