Terms of use · updated October 1, 2026

The rules of the league

LeagueLeverage is a fantasy football app for ESPN leagues, run by Kyle Stephen Juan ("we", "us"). By using the app or this website you agree to these terms. They're written to be read; if something's unclear, email support@leagueleverage.com.

Who can use it

  • You must be at least 13, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms.
  • An account is your email address: we email you a sign-in link or code. Keep that inbox to yourself, because whoever can read it can sign in as you.
  • One person per account. Claim only the ESPN team you actually manage.

What you post

Some things you write are seen by other people: trade offer messages, trade-block notes, the name your team shows, team logos, pick'em group names and the name you use in a group, and a commissioner's rulebook, prizes and punishments.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don't post anything that is:

  • hateful, or attacks people for their race, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar;
  • harassment, bullying, threats, or encouraging violence or self-harm;
  • sexually explicit, or sexual content involving anyone under 18 (which we report to the authorities);
  • spam, a scam, someone else's private information, or pretending to be someone else;
  • illegal, or something you don't have the right to share (for example a logo you don't own, or an NFL team's marks).

Trash talk between leaguemates is part of the game; the line is the list above.

Reports, blocks and removal

  • The app refuses some words outright. That filter can't catch everything, so every logo, name and offer message has a Report link, and Account → Report a problem covers the rest.
  • On a trade offer you can also block its sender: they can't send you offers after that.
  • We review reports within 24 hours. We may remove anything that breaks these terms, and suspend or close the account that posted it, without warning when it's serious.
  • A commissioner can also remove a team's logo in their league, and the owner of a pick'em group can remove members.

Money between leaguemates

LeagueLeverage never holds, sends or receives money. League dues, prizes and pick'em entries are records you keep; the pay buttons only open Venmo, Cash App or PayPal with an amount filled in, and any payment is between you and the person you pay. We aren't a party to it, can't refund it, and don't settle disputes about it. You're responsible for following the law where you live on prizes and paid contests among friends.

Values, stats and ESPN

  • LeagueLeverage works with ESPN fantasy leagues. It isn't made, endorsed or sponsored by ESPN, Disney or the NFL, and their names are used only to say what the app works with.
  • League data comes from ESPN, stats from nflverse, and player prices are our own, worked out from both. Prices, verdicts, projections and suggestions are estimates for fun, not advice, and can be wrong or late.
  • Opening a private league uses your own ESPN sign-in, on your phone. Use only your own ESPN account.

Your content, and ours

What you post stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people it's meant for (your league, your group, the person you sent an offer to) for as long as it's in the app. The app itself, its design and its code are ours; please don't copy it, scrape it, overload it, get around its limits, or use it to do anything these terms forbid.

Ending things

You can delete your account any time in Account → Delete my account or as explained on the delete-account page. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or stop the app; if we stop it, we'll say so in the app first when we can.

No guarantees

The app is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost trades, bets or prizes, or for more than $50 in total for any claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

If you got the app from Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its content, has no duty to provide support or maintenance for it, and isn't responsible for any claims about it (including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or intellectual-property claims). If the app fails to match any warranty that applies, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the price you paid for it, if any; that's the extent of Apple's warranty duty. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm you aren't in a country under a U.S. government embargo and aren't on a U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Changes and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell signed-in users in the app. Questions or a problem: support@leagueleverage.com. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
